Customer Interviews No. 3

Unfortunately I only got around to interviewing two people for this third round of interviews. I hadn't done neither of the two previous rounds. I think that asking specific questions would have been better and i would have gotten more insight into what people thought about my Go-Go Rides idea. However, I enjoyed getting blunt and straight to the point answers after handing them my index card with my business idea on it.

  1. Hello Isabella,
This is a hard one to comment on because there is not much information given. From the interviews I am guessing this is a bike share service on campus that students can use their gator 1 cards to access? Sounds like a great idea. I would use it.

    Good luck with your semester,

  2. Hello Issabela!
I found your idea really useful especially for students that have one class far away from the next one. It is cool that this can be applied for UF students only. I would like to know what the renting price would be and whether the students will have to return the bikes back from where they got them or whether they can use the bike all day long. Will there be any penalties for students that exceed the limit of renting time?
These are some things you can mention on your idea. Good luck!

  3. I wish I had more of an idea of what you had shared with them so I can evaluate and make an opinion for myself as well. With that being said, good for you for attempting to do this as a third go around even without doing the other two exercises. I think you would have done great on all three. If you had to do again, I would make it more conversational instead of handing them the written information.

  4. Wow I really think you have a solid idea here. It seems very well thought out and should be successful in a small local market. I think your customer interviews were very insightful and that they provided you with positive feedback and good ideas. Let me know if you want any feedback regarding this. Keep up the good work!
